Kylie and her Mom were in Portland for a full month last summer because Kylie started to reject the kidney.
Also last summer, Kylie had a newborn brother and while she should have been able to show him everything she loves, she was instead getting carted back and forth on long, expensive car trips.
That's one reason the wish meant so much to Kylie and her family.
Paula, Kylie's Mom, said it was hard to pick her own favorite part of the wish and impossible to pick one for Kylie. She said she loved seeing her kids bond on the trip and that the makeover from Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique was Kylie's favorite part but that the entire trip was "her dream come true."
It was "just amazing" said Paula. "We basically live on an island and everything with the wish was so BIG that it felt extra special."
Paula repeated several times that there was no way to pinpoint favorite memories because it all blended into one incredible experience that left a lasting impact on their family.
